① Adjust the moving stroke of the granulator so that the nozzle can bear against the mold gate sleeve. Pay attention to adjusting under low pressure and carry out adjustment after the mold is closed to ensure the safety of the mold.

② Check whether the nozzle used is suitable for the material being processed. If it is not suitable, it should be replaced and the assembly line can be smoothly connected to the front of the barrel. Before installing the nozzle, pay attention to whether the flow passage is smooth.

③ Adjust the metering stroke and anti-spitting stroke of the screw through the stroke switch or displacement sensor, and pay attention to whether the stroke switch or sensor is smart and reliable.

④Adjust the pressure of granulation and holding pressure. The pressure switching from the granulation pressure to the holding pressure is mainly adjusted by the time relay.

⑤ Adjust the pressure of the back pressure, the pressure of the nozzle control hydraulic cylinder and the pressure of the granulator seat cylinder. These were tested by adjusting the rocker of the hydraulic drive system relative to the valve.

⑥ Check whether the moving guide of the granulator is clean and greased.

Run the pre-plastic screw for 5 seconds in the air, and check whether there is any abnormal scraping sound, and whether the opening and closing door of the silo is normal.
