2. Daily maintenance of plastic crusher:

a. Before starting the test run, strictly check whether the installation of each part of the machine meets the requirements, whether the screws and bolts are loose, you can use the hand to gently pull the belt to try rotation, whether there is any phenomenon such as shell collision. At the same time, check the direction of rotation, and it is strictly forbidden to crush flammable and explosive materials to avoid accidents.

b. During production, uniform feeding should be maintained to ensure the crushing quality and normal production of the crusher. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to overload the motor to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

c. In addition to checking the tightness and looseness of various parts frequently, attention should be paid to checking the wear of the wearing parts. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the main components.

d. Regularly check the wear of the tooth plate of the plastic crusher. If the wear is serious, the tooth plate should be replaced in time to avoid the phenomenon of particle size.

e. Due to the high speed of the plastic crusher, in addition to the correct and firm installation, good lubrication should be maintained at the same time to maintain the normal operation of the machine. Under normal circumstances, it is normal that the bearing temperature does not exceed 70 degrees. Add butter and molybdenum disulfide to the bearing of the main engine once a week, and the effect of high-speed butter is better.

3. The use and maintenance of plastic shredder

a. No matter what method is used to feed the plastic crusher, it must be equipped with a reliable rust removal device to prevent other chores from entering the crusher.

b. The plastic crusher must be started without load, and the remaining materials in the crusher must be checked and removed before starting.

c. Check the oil level in the main and auxiliary transmission gear boxes to ensure sufficient oil supply.

d. If the plastic crusher is out of service for a long time or is started for the first time, the large pulley should be manually rotated for 2-3 weeks in advance to confirm that the machine is running smoothly, and then the motor is "jogged" several times. When the direction of rotation of the motor is correct, The crusher can be officially started.

e. Start the plastic crusher to reach the normal speed, and only start feeding under normal conditions.
