1. Material feeding quantity should be appropriate, and learn to judge by sound. The production capacity of different types of equipment is also very different. If you don’t know how much you should put, you can test the crushing ability of the plastic crushing equipment from less to more. Another method is to distinguish by sound. If the crushing sound is loud in the plastic crusher, it means that there are a lot of materials inside crushing chamber. You should wait until the sound is lower when there is less material in the crushing chamber before adding materials again
2. Feed material according to the power of plastic crusher machine. Most of injection molding leftovers and sprues are different sizes from small to large. For some manufacturers mostly have small and medium size waste materials and rarely have large blocks, in order to save costs, they don’t buy heavy-duty plastic crushers. The normal and middle size models can meet most of their requirements. Occasionally, they have large pieces of blocks and lumps material. The large pieces of blocks and lumps must be cut into small pieces and put in the crusher to avoid jams due to insufficient power. If jams occur, stop working immediately, then take out the big pieces, cut them into small pieces and put them into plastic grinder again.
