Brief Introduction Of Doser

Doser is to discharge the material in the silo evenly onto the belt conveyor through the feeder to form a layer of material with appropriate thickness and width. Suitable for metal, coal industry feed system.

Doser consists of five parts. The upper flange of the hopper of the Volumetric Doser is connected with the outlet flange of the silo. The material flows from the silo opening to the feeding hopper of the feeder. When the gate is opened, the material passes through the delivery cylinder to the transportation. Out of the belt, the movement of the belt takes the material to the next process.

It is commonly used in dust removal system as one of the important equipments of dust removal system. It is especially suitable for dust and small granular materials and is preferred by engineering projects of industrial industries such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road construction and drying equipment.
