Dehumidifying and drying section: The hot and humid air coming back from the drying tank is cooled and blown into the honeycomb rotor. The moisture in the air is absorbed by the runner and then desorbed by the regenerated heating air. The two air flows simultaneously act on the runner, and as the runner rotates, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed and discharged by the regeneration air to form a stable low dew point air, which is heated to the plastic. The drying temperature is blown into the drying tank to form a closed loop and the raw material is dried.

The following is the second step of the Dehumidifying Dryer’operation process

Suction part: the suction material is sucked into the drying material tank from the storage tank or other storage bin container. When the reed switch of the vacuum hopper detects no material, the suction motor operates to generate a vacuum in the vacuum hopper. The raw material in the storage tank is sucked into the vacuum hopper due to the pressure difference of the air. When the suction time is completed, the suction motor stops running, and the raw material falls into the dry material tank due to its own weight. The dried raw material is pumped from the drying drum to the electric eye hopper installed in the plastic molding machine.
