Application:
Aumax AMG-180B plastic films edge-trims granulator is one of in-line plastic crushing machine for recycling of films edge-trims. Powerful blower is combined in the middle of the crusher. The blower is use to suck the film edge-trims into the crusher. AMG-180A equipped with torque motor to tow the plastic film and sheets with high stretching resistance. AMG-180C and AMG-300C equipped with inverter motor to tow the plastic film and sheets with low stretching resistance. All machines equipped with blower conveyor to transport the crushed materials into a cyclone device. The cyclone awith screw force feeder to receive the grinded scraps and push the granulated scraps directly back to the extrusion line - automatically and efficiently.
