Under the dual heating of frictional heat, the temperature of the plastic slowly rises, and its physical condition also changes from a solid state to a melt flow. Generally speaking, in the feeding, it is mainly solid. In the middle part of the shrinking section where the screw thread of the extruder slowly decreases, the raw material is mainly softened and slowly melts. The raw material is sticky to the back of the shrinking section and the melting section. The fluid state is that the plastic has been completely melted, and the molten plastic is pressured, quantitatively analyzed, and extruded symmetrically and continuously from the engine to draw, cool, and pelletize by the reasoning of the extruder screw.
